How To Care For Your Juju Gems

All our jewels are handcrafted in our Jannali Studio in Sydney. We encourage you to wear your jewellery every day with care and enjoyment.

However, looking after your jewellery with consistent care ensures they retain their beauty and allure for many years to come. We trust you would treat your fine jewellery as you would any precious item, so as glamorous as it is to sleep in your jewels like Elizabeth Taylor, we don’t recommend it. We also highly recommend removing jewellery before showering and exercising.

Please store jewellery respectfully within a designated spot to avoid loss, theft and damage. All Juju Gems Jewellery is sold within an appropriate box or pouch that can be kept for storage purposes.

Please avoid your jewellery coming in contact with any harmful chemicals and saltwater. Certain gemstones require special care and we encourage you to take care of advice given by either Larna or Julie at the time of purchase.

All Juju Gems pieces are welcomed back into our studio for complimentary polishing and cleaning once a year. 

Shipping

Within Australia – Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with a tracking number. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Flat rate $15. Complimentary shipping for orders over $250.

International – Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express with a tracking number to a street address. International Rates apply. Orders over $1,000 have complimentary shipping. International clients are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Return Policy

Please contact Juju Gems prior to returning any pieces. We are happy to exchange or return within 14 days of purchase with an in-store credit note. We do not refund.

Please have your original receipt to present with your piece, which must be returned in original unworn condition. We do not accept returns on bespoke commissioned pieces. If you have any questions or concerns please contact [email protected]

Warranty

Juju Gems Jewellery covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first 6 months after purchase. If a piece shows improper care or is damaged resulting from something other than normal wear ie: accidental damage, we will repair the piece at a cost.

An estimate of the cost of repair will be given to the customer for approval prior to the commencement of any repair work.

After 6 months all repair work will be at the cost of the customer. An estimate of cost will be provided to the customer for approval before the commencement of any work.

Please note warranty will be void on all pieces showing signs of work by other jewellers. We do not take responsibility for any repairs or resizes carried out by other jewellers and recommend all Juju Gems Jewellery returned to our studio for repair work and resizing.
